Transforming Lives
Since 2008
The Skughofey Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Skughofey Quincy Earl and his late mother, Cylinda Johnson. Since 2008, we have served at-risk youth, young adults, families, and homeless individuals through community resources, mentorship, education, creative arts, disaster relief, and outreach programs.
We have proudly collaborated with other nonprofit organizations and churches to provide community resources and events for underprivileged families in communities since 2013. Our principles of Respect, Leadership, Responsibility, and Discipline guide everything we do.

Our Journey
From humble beginnings to a community movement spanning four states.
2008
Foundation Established
Founded by Skughofey Quincy Earl and his late mother, Cylinda Johnson, to serve homeless and at-risk youth.
2013
Community Partnerships Begin
Expanded collaboration with nonprofits and churches to provide community resources and events.
2015
Arts & Music Programs
Launched the Skughofey High School of Arts with workshops in film, music, writing, and performing arts.
2020
Pandemic Response
Adapted programs to address COVID-19 challenges including increased outreach to homeless populations.
2025
Eaton Fire Relief
Mobilized disaster relief efforts for families displaced by the devastating Eaton Fire in Altadena and Pasadena.
2026
Headquarters Vision
Planning for a centralized headquarters and transitional housing facility in Altadena, California.
