Homeless Outreach Programs
Skughofey Foundation's homeless outreach mission is grounded in dignity, compassion, and community. We go to where people are — encampments, motels, shelters, and streets — bringing practical support and genuine care to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
What We Provide
Essential Supplies
Food, water, hygiene kits, clothing, blankets, and basic household items distributed directly to those in need.
Housing Navigation
Connecting unhoused individuals with local emergency shelters, transitional housing, and permanent housing programs.
Benefits Enrollment
Assistance applying for CalFresh, Medi-Cal, Social Security, and other benefits programs.
Case Management
Ongoing relationship-based support helping individuals create and follow a personalized stability plan.
Mental Health Referrals
Warm referrals to licensed mental health providers and counseling services for those in crisis.
Community Meals
Regular meal distribution events in Pasadena and Altadena serving hot meals and building community.
